A family with three residences in different markets, each previously integrated by a different local firm on a different platform. Goal: a single, consistent operating experience across all properties and a single point of accountability for the household.
Technical scope
Standardized Savant Pro Host at each property with one unified user-interface scheme across all locations. Identical Lutron scene logic so “Arrival” and “Away” behave the same in every house. Site-to-site VPN over redundant WAN with health monitoring from a centralized dashboard. House-staff training delivered on-site at each location, with a shared escalation channel back to the principal.
Outcome
The family now manages all three residences from one app, with the same gestures and scenes everywhere. On-boarding new property staff has become faster because the system is the same in each home.
